Ansel Bayly

Account Executive


Ansel has experience across public affairs, political campaigning, and policy research. During the 2024 General Election campaign, Ansel worked at Make Votes Matter, contributing to the cross-party campaign for proportional representation and democratic reform. Following the election, he worked in the Cabinet Office Media Monitoring Unit. 

Prior to joining Seahorse, Ansel interned at Henham Strategy, where he developed experience across local government and clean energy. He also worked as a researcher at the Centre for Science & Security Studies, examining the geopolitics of critical mineral supply chains and their implications for energy security and the net-zero transition.

Ansel combines a strong interest in politics and public policy with experience in research, communications, and campaigning. He is particularly interested in energy, and the role of technology and innovation in addressing long-term policy challenges. He is a graduate of King's College London, where he studied Liberal Arts, majoring in Politics.
