Holly leads Seahorse’s public relations work, bringing extensive experience in integrated communications and campaign delivery across sectors including healthcare, animal welfare, and social inclusion. Her expertise lies at the intersection of government relations and media strategy, enabling her to design and deliver impactful, 360° campaigns that drive public engagement and support clients’ political and policy goals.

Holly has a proven track record of securing high impact media coverage and specialises in building compelling narratives that shape public opinion, mobilise stakeholder support and support clients’ policy objectives. 

Holly is particularly committed to advancing climate justice and addressing the disproportionate impact of climate change on communities in the Global South. She holds an MSc in Environment, Politics and Development, and has supported several third-sector organisations through voluntary roles in international development and humanitarian aid.
