Jenn is Account Director at Seahorse, where she leads high-impact public affairs strategies for clients navigating the UK’s energy transition. A skilled communicator and strategist, she brings wide-ranging experience across sectors including energy, marine protection, artificial intelligence, and healthcare—developed through her work at Seahorse and previously at global consultancy Teneo.

Jenn has deep policy expertise drawn from her time at the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, where she shaped government thinking on home decarbonisation and advised on pathways to net zero. She has supported the development of policy proposals on low-carbon heating and led successful industry–government engagement, including chairing a series of roundtables on the role of smart, flexible energy systems.
