Robbie has a background in journalism, public affairs, and Parliament. Before joining Seahorse, he was a senior correspondent for Politics UK, covering domestic and international politics, and a policy adviser at the Rural Economy Research Group (RERG).

With expertise in energy, the rural economy, and infrastructure, Robbie has worked across local politics and regeneration projects, supporting multiple councils on decarbonised infrastructure initiatives.

He studied social science at undergraduate level before completing a master’s in political science and communications at the University of Leeds.

Robbie combines strong political insight with hands-on campaign and journalism experience. His work is driven by a personal commitment to social and environmental impact and to building a more sustainable Britain.
